We Sailed on with Happy Hearts

Image taken by me in Zanzibar in February 2004
We reveled in the rhythmic peals of mast slapping halyards
And lapping ripples mooring mirrored lights in the bay.
The harbor wind's song played on in our hearts;
All misted moon long we sailed on with happy hearts.

  4. We sailed on with happy hearts, our spirits buoyed by the promise of adventure on the horizon. As the wind filled our sails, we embraced the journey ahead with optimism and enthusiasm. Just like navigating the seas, managing diabetes requires determination and a positive outlook.
