A Morning on the Windward Side
"You have found your ultimate girlfriends," Scott said to me the other day "two more creatures of habit". He was referring to the incredible trifecta of mama's that has blossomed here in Georgetown and our habit of going to the Chat-n-Chill beach twice a day, every day. What's ironic is the fact that, historically, the three of us are anything but predictable. Our backgrounds are full of world travel and exotic careers but despite this (or maybe because of this) the predictability of these past couple weeks was welcomed. While we all enjoyed the routine, it was time to venture to new places and new beaches. So we packed up Scott's trainer kite and walked the five minutes across the island to have our morning play date on the windward side of Stocking Island. It was a nice change of scenery with the same great company. I can't remember the last time I hit it off so well with fellow women cruisers while underway, but boy will I miss these ladies and their babies when we part. One of us is allegedly leaving today, but who knows? Perhaps she'll get stuck again? This place has been known to do that...Either way, I feel lucky to call these two ladies my friends.

Wow, you guys are gorgeous!
That last photo is too cute! What gorgeous ladies and water!!!
Stunning photos, Brittany! Makes me almost wish we'd stayed longer in George Town. But we got the itch to move on, as you know how it goes... Maybe we'll catch you in Grenada :-) In the meantime, keep those beach baby photos coming!
xx
